Sell Your Estate Sales by Karina and Adriana provides estate liquidation services, including organizing, advertising, and facilitating estate sales. All items are sold “as-is, where-is,” with no warranties, guarantees, or representations, either expressed or implied, regarding condition, functionality, or suitability for use. Buyers are encouraged to carefully inspect items or review provided descriptions and photographs before purchase.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. For shipped items, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer once the item is delivered to the carrier. Customers are responsible for purchasing shipping insurance and filing claims directly with the carrier for lost or damaged items.
By participating in our estate sales (online or in-person), you acknowledge and agree to these terms and release Sell Your Estate Sales by Karina and Adriana, its owners, and affiliates from any liability related to purchases, use of items, or shipping.
