Estate Sale Rules & Liability Notice
For everyone’s safety and fairness, please review the following before attending our estate sales:
1. All Sales Final – No refunds, returns, or warranties.
2. No Early Birds – Doors open at the advertised time only.
3. Entry May Be Limited – We may restrict the number of shoppers inside at one time.
4. Respect Property – No pets, food, or drinks inside.
5. Children – Must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
6. Payment – We accept Cash, Cash App, and Zelle. No checks.
7. You Break It, You Buy It – Please handle items with care.
8. No Large Bags or Backpacks – To prevent accidents and theft.
9. Parking – Park legally and respectfully. Do not block driveways.
10. Right to Refuse Service – We may refuse service to anyone not following these rules.
Liability Notice
By entering the property, you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. Sell Your Estate Sales by Karina & Adriana, the property owner, and staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal property.
- Additional Estate Rules -
All sales are final. Items are sold “as-is” with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. We make every effort to describe items accurately; however, buyers are responsible for reviewing descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
For shipped orders, the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage once the item is handed to the carrier. Customers are responsible for purchasing shipping insurance and for filing claims with the carrier for any lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
